Ashtray turned Plant Stand

Once again, this "ash tray" was found at the estate sale.  $1...yes puhlease.  I think it's supposed to be an ash tray.  Fanciest ash tray I've ever seen.  Blows the ones you used to make in art class out of the water.

Did some (well a lot of) scrubbing, priming, and spray painting and
